This educational travel program is a unique way for CTY students in grades 4-7 and their families to explore fun topics together. At least one adult per child is required to attend. Students must join CTY to be eligible. Join CTY.
Mote Marine Laboratory & Aquarium displays unique and exciting ocean animals that thrive in Florida’s diverse marine ecosystems and is home to a Sea Turtle Rehabilitation Hospital.
You’ll experience hands-on workshops, solve a Marine Mammal Mystery case, kayak through a mangrove forest, snorkel and collect marine specimens in Sarasota Bay, and explore the bay aboard a private charter. You’ll also meet some resident animals and their trainers through exclusive tours of the aquarium.
Note: Some meals will be provided. Hotel reservations and transportation are not included in the cost. We will do all activities listed, but the days and times of some activities may change due to weather conditions and programming needs.
